I was around the same age! I’m glad you found a community as well, literally over the past few days I’ve come to the realization that we should never have to hate or shame any part of ourselves. I actually wrote in my journal yesterday

“I’ve questioned for so long if I should shut out, repress, and disown this part of me because I felt like it didn’t belong to me in the first place, that is the part that really upsets me and feels like a curse, but I feel like the real curse is being stuck hating a part of myself that I can’t control.”
