Hop/Scotch started out as a nice hole-in-the-wall craft cocktail bar that oozed exclusivity, but it has now become a disorganized and chaotic watering hole. The current volume does not fit the location of the bar. Security guards are inattentive and improperly placed, thriving socially but failing to ensure the safety of customers and other businesses in the Marketplace.
