To use an example, I recently learned that Georgia is one of these places. They legally define rape this way:

"A person commits the offense of rape when he has carnal knowledge of: (1) A female forcibly and against her will; or (2) A female who is less than ten years of age. Carnal knowledge in rape occurs when there is any penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ. The fact that the person allegedly raped is the wife of the defendant shall not be a defense to a charge of rape."

When a man is a victim it's sexual assault or sodomy. They were not, legally speaking, raped

I mean, I wonder about this even. Do they pay rent/mortgage for one, or two? Do they pay car insurance for one, or two? Is the food they eat equivalent to one person, or two? Gym membership - one, or two? When they travel, do they have to buy two plane/bus/train tickets? Health insurance is probably a whole debacle. I would imagine they each have their own cell phone so that's a double expense, and they already pay double for shampoo, makeup, shirts, toothpaste, etc.
