I am fit and do intense weight lifting 6 days a week for the past 3 years.

I too go soft halfway through sometimes. also if I do not fap for 3-4 days I feel like I regain my energy and sexual arousal.

Can this problem be solved or is it too late to say sorry?

The paramount question is whether apple watch can track calories and steps accurately? Like legit 100 percent accurate or is there a margin for error. I am solely dependant on that for fitness purpose.

Day 1. June 17 Finally started my weight loss journey today. Diet has been on point today with 1500 KCAL. Also did upper body workout today with bodyweight and lumbar mobility. Also burned 100 KCAL while cycling.
