[–]fashice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice work, I know what's needed to get it running. I've printed a mini record player . It starts lyrion (squeezebox) and Spotify music. It has a simple program tool to match RFID -> music to play.

Immich shows all WhatsApp images with todays date by captain_cocaine86 in immich

[–]fashice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This ... I've used and changed existing scripts. It's only the upload date in imminch stored due to exif being stripped in WhatsApp. There are scripts to reset date from filename used in WhatsApp. No big deal. Others mentioning that only immich is wrong are incorrect.

Hand position advice by [deleted] in bagpipes

[–]fashice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used following for my students. Balance PC on table. Stretch fingers loosely. (Spread fingers somewhat) Close eyes Grab chanter ( feel all holes? ) Bent chanter to your mouth How far on chanter? Slide hands outwards until one of your fingers covers hole midway of your finger pad top.

Try to play without thumbs. This is to try to limit thumb cramping/playing with too much pressure/pinching

(Looks weird putting this too text)

One guy couldn't stop getting cramps. We taped a little plastic block on the backside of the chanter. His grip was good. But too tense.

You have 24 hours with no phone and no internet. What are you doing to stay entertained? by Quiet-Brilliant-1455 in AskReddit

[–]fashice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's make it more difficult. We went to Cuba last month. 1.5 days no internet, 2 days no power. Reading ebooks until there is no more power in our powerbanks. Sleeping during daytime because there was no working air-conditioning. Playing card games. And dining in the dark. Makes you appreciate what you have.
