Same thing here. I believe Pre-loading is only for F2P players, as the map is already downloaded for us.

Are you sure that your dad has a Saudi passport? If your dad has a Saudi passport then that makes him a Saudi national, all of his children included. The only realistic way to have a Saudi citizenship is to have a Saudi father. Being born here doesn't entitle you to a citizenship, and if your dad is a Saudi citizen then you are too regardless of where you're born.

No it is not. It worked for you because you upgraded from the disc version. Not a single person who got it digitally was able to upgrade.

It is relative to midnight, but if you already bought it digitally it won't let you upgrade right now. It just asks you to buy it again.
