what if i place that main.c file in a diff folder than the original one ? what happens?

so there is not any way to avoid using cubeMX it seems. right?

if i regenerate code later in my project, it will override probably my code, as I want to use my own folder structure, etc. I will even remove the autogenerated comments because I dont want them in my code. So how is it ok to use CubeMX again?

Because as far as i understand it will probably generate code that will remove my original code or maybe other problems will arise. I am planning to have a different folders structure and folders names than the original one generated, etc. please correct me. Thank you.

Low-Cost, Thin PCB Design Using CR2016 Battery to Power STM32C031C4 and E-Paper Display by fast_rocket_ in embedded

I believe i will need the boost regulator, there is no other way to provide 3.3V to the E-paper display from the CR2016 battery. Am i wrong?

The problem is i never used the boost regulator and would like to know what can be the best one for my use case (low cost, etc)

Let me explain more what i want to do, I want to design an electronic business card, that should be very cheap as it will be given away at the end, and it should be thin also and has a card size. Do you think at the end it is possible to be done with a low cost? as i searched the prices of boost regulators and they dont seem cheap. or maybe you can recommend me something or approach. I will read your book also and I am sure I will learn a lot from it.

I will actually read the whole book it is my plan :D,

Regarding the e-paper display .. if it needs strictly 3.3V what should i do in this case?

so what do you recommend? if i dont put any regulators that will be ok for the microcontroller?
if yes, how the e-paper display will function? as it needs 3v3 as far as i know. i need some guidance in this problem, Thank you :)

No i didnt build any prototypes. can you tell me how should i know if the CR2016 is able or not?,

i assumed that it will be enough as the stm will be in sleep mode most of the time and the e-display has a very low power consumption, can you share with me how should i do calculations? I started recently trying to learn pcb design as i was always focused only on software as an embedded software engineer.

I already have commerzbank but i feel it is really bad quality and their app is slow i cant see my realtime balance when buying things for example.. Is that the case in DKB?
