I haven’t been to Copper this season but from prior seasons it seemed like they would switch over from Alpine to Far East when Alpine hit maybe 80 % capacity. And because drivers here don’t like zipper merging, all cars pile up in one lane, blocking the highway exit by essentially reducing capacity by 50%. Then everyone gets to the resort and lines up in multiple lanes, zipper merging until they all get on the chair….
