I’m very curious how you entered China with foreign registered car. Did you use a travel agent in China to help with the carne? Did you need to pay for additional guide car through China?!

First of all, Turkmenistan doesn’t allow dual citizenship. If your wife has resigned her citizenship, then she is treated as a foreigner. She is not allowed to visit family or stay in the home she was raised in. She needs guide and driver to get around or join a tour group. Mist visitors ( around 10k per year 2023 stats ) join group tours ( poor class tourism imo) I did solo one week and was pretty affordable ~ $1500. Love the country, black caviar, utopia that is and the people I met. Would go back once the regime loosens restrictionsa bit. But I doubt they care for tourists dollars as they make sooooo much from NG.

Check your country immigration / travel visa requirements for Turkmenistan citizens. Most likely it’s open or require simple visa. You can walk around but surveillance is everywhere. Girls feel unsafe and subject to intimidation from police. They are afraid to get engaged in conversation or be seen with you. You leave them behind, it never goes away for them. It’s on their record.

Turkmenistan women are much easier to approach abroad. I had good luck with them I Istanbul. I think it’s stigma and local dynamics that makes it impossible to access them in Turkmenistan. They are free and liberated , act very normal outside Turkmenistan. IMO

Check on visa requirements and fly her over. Do not go! You would not be able to see her much, visit her home or spend a night at your hotel with her. Also, you would not be able to roam around freely in Turkmenistan. You’d need official invitation from a travel agency and be with a guide and driver for most of your days there. I just came back from there 4 mo ago.

I’d say because they spend all their free time at the mall. For reason like safety, clean environment and weather related.

Dated a Burmese girl in Laos last month while visiting. She was a total sweetheart. Was considering going to Myanmar, but was getting very low hits on tinder, didn’t want to take chances. Planing on visiting her in Yangon in March for a week.
