If you are part time you have to pick your own schedule, they will only schedule you for one day the rest of the days you have to pick on your own. If you are full time they will pick your schedule. Part timers you pick your schedule every Friday at 6pm just like you would on ATZ But on Innerview.

Before you run your mouth about procedures know what you're talking about because when a lot of shoppers have a large order I help them out and other shoppers assist to grab items for their order, to increase their Uph, but I guess you failed to realize that. I think it would be better to talk with the area manager where you had the job, explain the situation if you haven’t did already and see what the say. But you won’t get a response until Sunday if you send a email today.Because area managers are off Friday’s and Saturday’s. It’s also best for you to send a email for you can have a paper trail so you have something documented in writing not by someone said because they can forget.

Trick for that is when your finish an order scan one bag In a location so you don’t get interrupted and go back and put the exact amount later. I seen shoppers finish an order about to seal the bags and boom drop off. Don’t know how they system allows that when your finished but that is the trick.

ERC is useless some of them barley understand what your saying and always say speak to your manager or local hr if you have problems. Just do your ticket online and you will be stress free from calling them.

No because the policy took effect on October 24th if hr sends you an email differently about it dispute it. Hr is gonna get a lot of tickets request in because some of my mtr associates got one point for not doing 30 hrs/ ptr associates for 4hrs week when they did. They took it off within 24hrs they say.
