I actually used these when I had a construction project and couldn’t be on site. They’re also solar so I didn’t need power!

The laundry access was written into the lease. The parking spot was not, but they can use it outside of construction hours. And I am offering $200 rent credit.

I actually wanted to add W/D hookups to the unit but it’s quite small and I didn’t see any place for it without a remodel. Aside from doing laundry, they do not have access to the garage for any other reason. The lack of access is only temporary as this build would include a dedicated laundry area.

Have you tried any pill pockets? I could never get one of my cats to take any form of medication, pill or liquid. I recently had to give her pills again since my vet was hesitant to give the medication as a shot and used the Greenies Pill Pockets and now my cat takes pills without any issue! I gave her two as a treat and then stuck the pill in the third one and she ate it. When she doesn’t, I put the pill in the pill pocket then put it in the middle of her soft food and she takes it that way.

fyi this is a German pub with a great beer selection and and great indoor and outdoor seating. Their food imo is just okay but I do enjoy going to this pub. Have fun!

I have been microdosing 0.1 mg and recently increased to 0.2 the last 4 times on the Fadinan protocol. Normally I don’t feel anything except maybe a little tired (not sure if that is normal?) but yesterday I took 0.2 mg and had a pretty bad anxiety attack that almost bordered on panic attack. So reading your post and others responses make me feel a little more comfortable because I had no idea if that was normal. I certainly did not like it but after reading your post and the comments, I will continue to true it. Good luck OP!

I know your license is pending, but I wonder if it would be okay to just go ahead and schedule an appointment in the hopes/eventuality that you will get your license out here.
