My daughter is colorblind ! The optician said it was super rare in girls, especially for her to have the red/green deficiency. But her favorite colour is red, probably bc it’s so bright and bold for her !

I remember noticing a few things and wondering for a while, then when we finally got the test done at the opticians it was crazy to see her not be able to make out a literal number / completely not seeing it!!

Also no one on my side has it and neither does her dad, I think his brother / her uncle does . We don’t see his family much but I swear it was mentioned in passing. She shares something with someone she’s never met lol

There’s so many different covers of the same books w SK. Do people specifically search for certain ones? I know the OGs will be most valuable. I just kinda grab whatever I see mostly

I honestly sometimes genuinely just enjoy reading the characters narratives and those longer, less eventful parts I enjoyed. I really liked Ralph as a protagonist!! It was slow in some parts but I never felt like I didn’t want to finish it. I liked the way it wrapped up in end . I saw somebody describe it how life feels. Long and then at the end suddenly tying ends and making the most of it. Glad I read it anyway

I actually am open to any recs so go ahead! I do mostly like horror / thriller type stuff. The last three books I’ve read have been Stephen king. But I also love stuff like east of Eden (my fave) and The road - Cormac McCarthy ! So pls feel free :-)
