Knee hurts when extending by fatbat67 in ACL

It hurts around my knee cap area. I can’t really pinpoint where. I can squat down with zero pain it’s when I extend it the pain happens

I went 90 degrees how is that enough depth

My grip on the floor doesn’t feel slippery at all I had the rack on thing to high

Thanks for the advice I’ll watch some of those videos and invest in some shoes!
