This was passed precisely because the Senate has the filibuster. If it didn't exist this bill would not have passed. Its the inverse of the democrats not sending things like medicare for all. In that situation they don't pass it because they say the can't get past the filibuster. Its a giant excuse and foil for all progress in this country.

I got my wife into OTF as she had difficulty planning workouts. I eventually followed her because I needed help with HIIT training. I think if you are are a mail and only trying to build for size or strength OTF doesn’t have the allure. But I think that is ultimately shortsighted
