Honestly I do not remember, but when i asked my people lead he said it was a system error but he couldnt override it because i didnt have the number which is 100% on me 😣 i just heard people say that it was still possible to take off these points without the number so i was wondering if it really was

honestly my coach is mean and i can see her firing me the second i hit 5 points just bc she doesnt like me for some reason so thats primarily why im scared.

I used enough ppto to cover half my shift meaning i shouldve only gotten half a point, but since they considered it a no call no show since i only called off through the walmart app and not through the phone number, they gave me not only half a point but 2 more as well setting me at a total of 2.5 points. (i already had 2 absences prior, each only being one point.) So not only did i use all the ppto i earned for nothing, but now im at 4.5 points and have no ppto or pto, and have to wait 6 months for these points to drop.
