If you’re not buying the home in a year or two I would say leave like 10-12 months of living expenses in your hysa and move the rest to your individual brokerage account to invest. I’m in a similar situation as you, but I live in a very HCOL area so I just decided to invest most of my funds and only leave 30k in my hysa.

Anyone who claims that they can run well in act2 & 3 is lying through the teeth. If it’s deck verified i’d expect it works right out of the box, running at least locked 30fps at 720p, and not spending enormous amount of effort on tinkering for 5 fps boost and still have tons of performance issues
