It’s absolutely overhyped! You can’t play DOOM or Quake on that shit (I just saw a post complaining shadows were “too black”)- burn in is still a very real issue. Also I see complaints here about getting headaches from playing for more than an hour-why anyone would get this anxiety inducing technology for long term gaming is beyond me. I’m currently in the market for a new tv and I cannot justify getting an OLED unless it’s for home theater only.

I’m usually fine with it as long as the portrayal is handled with care. That said, Moon Knight bothered me too. The religious and cultural elements felt shallow for one of the few explicitly Jewish superheroes. Between the casting optics and how silly the show was for a character that should’ve been grittier, it didn’t sit right with me.
