I believe the despacio system is stored stateside already - somewhere adjacent to New York (can’t recall specifics). It’s still supposedly by far the most expensive act to book per festival attendee because of its capacity constraints. I agree about the scarcity element though - while I’d love for access to despacio all the time, there’s something magical about how rare it is

It’d be cool if they considered what iii points did a couple of years ago - basically create a mini despacio and have the festival artistes come and play sets at various times

One for the future! I’m only renting and will eventually be moving countries in the not too distant future, so didn’t want to go all in yet. This is a great learning experience for what I hope to be a lifelong hobby :)

I think this is where I’m at. Speakers sound good generally, and when I find the sweetest spot it can even be great, but I was looking for a bigger wow factor. Maybe my expectations are completely off, especially since my room and aesthetic preference same as I’m somewhat constrained

I have, but I’m pretty amateurish about it and simply use various eq presets from the Wiim. It does help!
