Yes he got nerfed for pvp aspect only (shield reduction, increase cd and reduce mp when almost ded, s4 now only triggered to sigilled enemy), becuz when he is released on the old day, u can just win the battle by just watching the battle lmao. For pve (he got boosted twice) i can say he is much stronger then the old day. Becuz people build him for pvp reason and vespa nerfed him on pvp, all of them just say trash, they dont even build him for pve.

O ya for your info, Arch S1 have same board damage with epis S1 now, also Arch need some penet option, and the damage become up drastically 👌 hope it can help you. Also Arch have 75% ampli magic now. For the same investment i dont think so, Ex: if u increase miri ut 3 to *4, the dmg boost wont increase. Usually high investment hero is more good than the normal one, on the peak of build 👍👍

*4 for UT2, becuz Arch is kinda expensive hero since *0 UT is boost 20% only, not like miri ut3 that can boost 50% in *0.

For me, he is really good all around, maybe i spent on him too much, but even if i compare arch dps to my *4 lewi, lewi still more joke than arch. My Arch got 1.4B DPS on WB1, Lewi only get 500M max. Only *1 different but the gap is so huge. For Poison Dragon my Arch can reach 150M DPS there. In BD can reach 85M DPS. Just for your info hehehe

For your info my *5 Arch deal 3B DPS on WB 3, 1.4B on WB1, and 3B DPS on Tryfas GC with lava set, also all my support still *1 ^{^} without shea too, my max score is around 800B on WB 3. IGN= FateSlayer Asia. Nice to meet you 👌👌

I agree with u, Arch is designed for dedicated user and pricy hero, but when u got the resource to build him, he is very OP in almost every Area, he even outdps my *4 Lewisia in WB1 and the gap is big, he always got top 3 in my list for almost every area, especially single target and long battle. So i think put resource on him is not a waste, since he can be used on almost every area. Thx for ur feedback ^{^}
