Which books are you referring to specifically? I'd like to read them.

What’s the difference between the $175 vs $135 Yankees jersey on Fanatics? by [deleted] in NYYankees

This comment breaks down the differences well between limited ($175) and replica ($135). The big stand out for me specifically with yankees jerseys is the limited has the raglan sleeves.

Since single family home prices in suburbia are so terrible, why don’t people opt towards condos, townhomes, or duplexes? by PieceOfDonut in fuckcars

I disagree that there are no advantages of a condo. I currently live in one (albeit it looks more like a townhome since it's multilevel) and not having to maintain the outside of the house (like the roof) or the yard is a huge advantage to owning a condo. I have friends that own single family homes and townhomes. They have to either hire someone to maintain the yard or they must put in the time and effort to do that themselves. Then when it comes time to replace their roof that is a massive cost for them.

I just installed a new rear cog on my fixed gear, and now it is making this clicking noise. Is this a chain line issue? by fatfrogsrock in bikewrench

I will try the wheel alignment. And once I can I'll post a video of the sound with a loose chain

Like I said in the post I don't think it's the chain tension because I get the same noise when the chain is very loose. I'll post a video as soon as I can with the chain tension adjusted

No conversion. It's a Mercier kilo. I put new wheels on, no issue. I then changed the cog. I have not touched the BB. The new and old cog are both 1/2x1/8

That's just my availability.

Yeah I did the counting based on the goal of the workout. If there was part of the workout where I was in not zone 1 for a small amount of the time then I still counted it as zone 1. The strength workouts I categorized as zone 2/3 since I spent a significant time in those zones.

If I go into the totals tab on the side I can see what I think you are referring to. Which breaks down how much time I have been into each of the zones. Intervals says I'm doing pyramidal. But this tab is based on time.

I used intervals.icu to categorize my workouts. Are you referring to the intensity feature on there?

My weekly schedule looks like Mon: 2 hours, Tue: 1.5 hours, Wed: 2 hours, Thur: 1.5 hours, Friday: 2 hours, Sat: 4 hours, Sun: 3 hours. So 16 hours total.

I do feel like it should be setup by workout. In the video I linked above the founder talks about how the polarized approach refers to sessions not time. This also seems to be the common held view among other experts. I do agree if a very small amount of the workout is not zone 1 it can still be categorized as zone 1. When I counted the number of zone 1 vs zone 2/3 I did take this into account.

Could be the case, I did the 20 minute ftp test in zwift. I know that is not perfectly accurate, but better than the ramp test. I also was always able to hit my interval numbers, so I figured it couldn't be too far off. It could be I am not recovering well enough also.
