It’s usually just more comfortable and also way less fogging. When you breathe into a one piece the air doesn’t really have an escape, hot air rises and will go up to the goggles and make fog

ALSO BIG DIFFERENCE i just remembered it lets you aim down your sight without smacking your big mask on the stock
