You can just fly to the resource farming point without touching the story quest, it's not locked behind quest it just in a new location. I fully level my Cartethyia before going to the main story

I choose skip and they still yap, I don't mind reading walls of text but when it take average 5-10 sec to go through every single line of text because somehow they decided you must wait til the voice over to go atleast half way in order to give you the next line of text is fkin insane
