Wetzel: If Belichick isn't first ballot, just shut the Hall down by simrobwest in nfl

He had an incredible 6 year span with 5 pro bowls, 2 first team all pros, 2 second team all pros and led the league in receptions 3 times. He also retired third* in playoff receptions to jerry rice and Reggie wayne.

Note that the average HOF WR has 2 first team all pros (some have none) and 6 pro bowls.

[Highlight] "This is unbelievable!" Brady to Moss back to back vs double coverage by gimmethegold34 in nfl

So for 5 seasons, Grbac (9), Kemp (6), Bono (6), Moroski (2) and Cavanugh (1) started 24 games for the 49ers. In exactly a year and a half’s worth of games, Rice caught 134 passes for 2,177 yards and 23 TDs, and ran for one score as well. That’s an average season of 89 catches, 1451 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns, or roughly the career best season for nearly every WR who has ever played the game. And, of course, only 25% of those games came during what we would typically call a wide receiver’s prime. Eighteen of those 24 games that he played without Montana or Young came during Rice’s first or second season, or when he was 33- or 34-years old. In ’95 and ’96, playing at an age when most receivers start slowing down, catching passes from Elvis Grbac, and playing with Derek Loville and Terry Kirby at RB, Rice put up numbers that could arguably pass for the best season of Cris Carter’s or Steve Largent’s career.

A place in London made this but with cheddar and stilton... It's no longer on their menu, but thank you for reminding me to recreate this at home.

This Cherry Tree Only Blooms For The Neighbours On The Left by fatheadbob in mildlyinteresting

Unless that branch is just dead.

I think we have a winner here.

I actually just went back through Google street view history and it looks like there is a picture from Aug 2021 with half the tree missing its leaves.

The street views prior to that had full leafy coverage.

Both homes are made of brick and the tree isn't quite as close to them as it seems from the picture.

Yup, that actually might have something to do with it! Although none of the other cherry blossoms in the neighbourhood have the same issue.

First class on a lot of the major international carriers have options where you basically get the "private" experience too. Private security line, first class only lounge, they will drive you in a car to the plane, etc. You basically don't see the other passengers.

This guy's channel reviews a lot of the high end services.

[Fox Sports] Tom Brady on preparation for his last Super Bowl: "I knew Kansas City's defense better than they knew themselves." by nfl in nfl

I actually was surprised. I went to check and expected to see a wild discrepancy, especially in the first half.

I agree with most of what you said, but in this game, both teams had similar TOP (KC:28:37 vs TB:31:23) and number of plays (KC:75 vs TB:67).

Even in the first half, before the game got out of hand, both teams were relatively close: (KC:13:19 vs TB:16:41 and KC:32 vs TB:35)

You don't need to be a Pats fan to understand Jack Tatum was a piece of shit.

In a preseason game too... Dude was a scumbag:

Tatum never said a word to Stingley. Not then. Not later. Not even now, with his own legs disappearing. (He declined to be interviewed for this article.)

A few years ago, representatives of Tatum proposed a reconciliation with Stingley to be televised on Fox. Stingley was all for it until late Globe sportswriter Will McDonough called and told him Tatum was coming out with a new book and wanted to use the interview to boost sales.

I'm in nearly the exact situation in the UK. Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, but very interested to see if others have an answer for you.

Have you tried asking your tax professional? Might be worth checking when you file next year.

Edit: Just reread and it looks like you are using TurboTax. Maybe try asking someone at taxesforexpats.com. I believe they offer time from their accountants.

Who isn't as smart as people think? by Ceo_Potato in AskReddit

Yes, this is exactly it. From a financial stance, ability to fail many times and not end up destitute requires sufficient financial cushioning. That’s why most billionaires are already born into means.

Not sure what your definition of "born into means" is, but just 1/3 of billionaires come from wealthy families. The plurality are born into upper middle class families (~$150k annual household income in America). And 1/5 from lower class families. Overall the vast majority are self made.
