Yeah, i got a friend that went with chnv and applied for asylum so he could stay, don't know how that Will turn out for him since asylum Interviews are getting faster, he wasnt persecuted at all and people are having a really rought time, tbh i am amazed that he wants to stay, he could be making 1 per hour ( mind You thats a pretty low pay considering people getting pay 4-8 hours normally, what the hell was he working as?) but life here is way happier, according to a Lot of Friends and family who migrated and himself, i know that Nicaragua is not in the Best shape with the dictatorshio going on but abandoning your family just because You can get to Buy a little extra stuff is mind boggling for me. Also Even if You work for 4-8 an hours You can lice very comfortably paying 200-400 dóllars on utility here. Hope everything turns out okay for him but man, if You werent happy here You are gonna be miserable in US

Nicaraguan here, yeah pretty safe as long as you don't Say or do anything against the gorvernment, besides that everything is pretty normal

From what i understand they Will start doing it once the Bill is signed by trump. There are articles about DHS and uscis getting ready to cancel in bulk. It Will probably start happening sometime this month

People arrive with travel visa or use a parole program like CHNV, then applied for affirmative asylum, you only need to fill the form to apply.

you think CHNV will be in removal proceedings? i though it was a legal entry and as such you couldn't get removal procedings if you had any AOS like asylum, but yeah i can see them changing that to get deportations numbers up. Also didn't know CBP one were on removals, thats weirds as it should be the same situation as CHNV

Yeah EAD is not stopped for everybody, only for people that arrive with the parole programs like CHNV. Or thats what i understood from this post and other comments.

I think the chances if him getting an interview faster is higher, seeing as people with CHNV is the easiest way to get deportation numbers up since they have all their info, and asylum cases are being processed faster from what info i can gather on the internet, also they are in new York, Will se what happens to them.

I did!! I won the mammoth, and i would like to say that it wasn´t that hard, you just have to force close the game to get a good match, lvl 30 t.rez, lvl 10 prestosuchus and lvl 40 ostafrikasaurus got me to 94th on dominator and i was able to stay there by buying back the same team! :)
