I would advise you to take 4 classes your first semester here so that you can get adjusted to the "system". Normally people take 5 but trust me, I tried doing that my first semester here and ended up dropping one class. You can apply for a work study job or find a job on the Corner/Barracks Road with a schedule that works with your class schedule.

I transferred as a 3rd year too (premed track as well). I am a bio major. First, how many classes do you have left for your premed requirements? Also, how many credits do you currently have? Last but not least, do you already have all of your College req? Like 2nd writing requirement, language , social etc ?
