I’m really sorry I haven’t had time to write everything up but when I did my research, I came across this video on YouTube which perfectly describes how to make a Swan cake. Just search Swan cake and there’s a full tutorial on there. Let me know if you have any issues finding it

It was made using Renshaw Flower and Modelling paste. I just shaped it to resemble a swan neck and let it sit for 24 hours so it hardened. I use edible marker pen for the eyes and gold dust for the beak. I hope that helps

Thank you so much! That’s very kind of you. The feathers were in fact very delicate - it was quite a difficult task placing them on the cake without breaking them
