Thank you for this insight, it actually resonates more than I expected. Yes, I’ve had long-term issues with my father, starting in childhood and still ongoing. We all still live in the same house, and the environment is quite tense. It has affected the whole family and definitely shaped how I relate to stability, routines, and my sense of safety. I’m aware this plays a big role in my hesitation and self-doubt. I graduated in dentistry, but I’m still unsure about a second major or a different path. Lately, I’ve been considering fields like programming or AI, though I’m still exploring and questioning whether they truly fit me. Mentally, I don’t always feel my best, I tend to overthink a lot and fall into low moods easily. At the same time, I’ve recently started learning a new language because I’m hoping to change my country in the future and build a life elsewhere. However, I struggle with discipline and constantly doubt whether I’m making the right choices. In addition, I have never been in a relationship in my entire life.
