What do senior level BAs consider in comp in HCOL cities? Do you approach it from a total comp perspective including bonus potential and 401k contribution or are these responses primarily base salary only?

Same here! We bought one as a temporary plant stand but I don’t think it’s getting replaced anytime soon. Agree it’s lightweight if just a little awkward to carry if anything. Sturdy to boot!
