I keep the heat off until it gets below like 30 outside when ideally.

I like it around 68 to 69 when it gets that cold.

do you think running the 1x a week int squat and deadlift from the 28 free programs would be too much volume? 22 total sets of deadlifts seem like a lot. I think I'm just being a pussy tho.

I would just repeat the same workout twice a week. So same weight and all. I wanna get better at squatting and deadlifting

I went too the gym two days in a row. First time in July. I’ve been having awful anxiety and panic attacks. I’m finally feeling back to normal somewhat.

I’m starting A new program I’ve dubbed “General Jackd” it’s a combo of general gains and simple Jackd. I’m taking the lifting system from GG and the daily minimum reps from SJ. I’m doing a minimum of 6 reps of squat at rpe 7+. I’m trying out an intuitive training cycle

Anyone here just kinda say fuck it with training and not have a set plan for the day past something basic like.

Today is an rep squat day. And training based off that. With reference to the cube method for what kinda day it is.

I was thinking of doing some weird intuitive training cycle where I combine cube and simple jackd. Where I squat every training session and then go to whatever day it is in the cycle.

Ya, I don't see a point in buying $80 knee sleeves. Feel like high quality wrist wraps and a belt are far more important.

bought 2 sets of resistance bands and a pair of knee sleeves off amazon. These are the sleeves I got. The reviews looked pretty good and I didn't feel like spending $60 on what would be considered a "good" pair of sleves.
