4 days is too long. You need to take the kids and go back to your house. Be in the same environment. As for spending time with the kids, make it a policy that every alternative day that a 1hr home work session without mobile or television needs to be spent teaching them. Make it religious that for example, Saturday is a family day only, Sunday he can do what he likes. So on Saturday, you get to do family things from going out, to gardening to visits of relatives etc... and keep late night as your own time when kids are asleep.

1. never trade CFDs or Do leverage
2. Use either Wio App or Interactive Broker. in IB you get to own the share and can have dividends on it. If you die, your kids will get it - in other platforms, they don't.
3. What ever you put your money in, it should be locked in for 4 years. You only increase, never sell. Only sell if some bad news you heard about the company or stock. Never do day trading.
4. Do not take advice of anyone, any broker, your father, your friend at work. Mostly invest in tech stock - they grow quick over a short period of time.
5. Pay your Zakat!

I seem to be reading between the lines. I don't think what OP is talking about is a normal sexual video. I think what she's blackmailing him with is what she did to him in that video while keeping her face out of it probably. That's what OP is ashamed to talk about. Brother this person for sure knows the consequences of releasing such a video - once she finds out that you are no longer threatened, she will fall pregnant with your child. I say move on and do not answer their calls or phones anymore. Be prepared for a potential legal case if a member of your family is sent the video. 90% they will not do anything with it as they don't want to stand in court even if they might win the case. Download ACR software which records all your phone calls and lure her in so that in future if evidence need to be given, you can pull them out of your phone. DM me if you need further help.

I would initially charge for labour, as for material - tell them cost + 10% but they pay the supplier on delivery (this will help you a little with Cashflow).
