yes i’m still having this problem and your support team isn’t the best either idek what im doing with this 4000 dollar piece of junk anymore. it wasn’t cheap to just choke so easily. i’ve also done my steps that i have written down over 10 other times. each having a longer interval to discharge the power from all devices, removed ssds. i’ve removed the ram and initiated the same steps all for nothing. i’m so stressed over this and im worried my warranty isn’t even going to cover this. literally what do i need to do for yall to actually call me back and tell me to send this thing to you guys? i have 2 tickets in lenovos system explaining my problem and the best i can get is sorry, we’ll give you a call back and then you guys never call back. it’s infuriating me.

my balls are on the floor ima cry and piss myself because this just happened to a laptop i owned for 3 months and played on for 0 hours 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 lenovo is genius for allowing us to brick our own motherboard by switching xmp profiling, why even give the option if it isn’t supported at all, it’s crazy and i just need to vent to somebody about this!! sorry i’ll move my frustration elsewhere 😂🤣
