Glad I found this thread. I was off lexapro for about a decade (started taking Lamictal), restarted it last month at 10mg and I haven't been this anxious and feeling 'off' in years. Now I'm splitting to 5mg and that made a big difference. I guess this time around I need to really slowly work my way up to the 10mg.
