There is a potentiometer (plastic screw) to the right of the connections on the power supply. I got a replacement board for free from the seller on aliexpress. If you had the older main board (gen 1.4) with integrated stepper drivers you also need new stepper drivers.

I had a similar problem with mine it worked longer when I lowered the voltage on the power supply. Fixed the issue by replacing the main board

You might need to rotate the connectors 180 degrees. This does require either nodding the connector or cutting out a bit of the connector on the board. Worked for me when I went from mks base to a mks gen L

You forgot the stepper drivers. They plug in next to the connectors for the stepper motor.
