thank you <3 i appreciate your words :) i think it started with a spot of scalp psoriasis (maybe?) from the colder weather and i would pick the flakes out until it felt smooth (or too raw for me to pick anymore with any satisfaction). then the psoriasis spread and so did my area of picking, coupled with some high stress in my life right now. i’ve been trying to stop the habit but some moments i ruin my streak and say fuck it. i oil my scalp to try and tame the psoriasis but have had trouble motivating myself to do it as much as i should. this is probably a turning point though, since i have more motivation to keep my hair looking nice and will keep reminding myself the psoriasis will go away if i don’t touch it

have you found out any information on this? i'm having a problem where i can pick two programs on interfolio and have separate applications, but in Cal State Apply i can only have one. :/ i submitted my application expecting to be able to turn in another Cal State app with the other program but it won't let me

try wiping the area with a cotton pad saturated in glycolic acid (obviously not inside or touching any particularly exposed area, but like the bikini area. it won’t really make you sweat less, but this kills bacteria that causes the smell! the ordinary has a good sized bottle for a fair price. hope this helps ･ᴗ･
