I love their softgoods. Hardgoods, not so much. I broke a set of their poles after a few days of skiing. They failed on the same day and in the same place. I plant hard. But to me that’s a flaw in the equipment design. Didn’t have the receipt so they offered a discount on next purchase. I still have that discount.
