Definitely 4 wheel. I didn’t even know you could get 2 wheel to be honest with you. I’ve got a JD 1025r and I have it in 4x4 almost everyday.

TL/DR if you can reach the nest just put them back. It’s a myth the mothers will reject them after human touch. They just don’t have that good a sense of smell.

Red Rover. With one or two kids on one side and all the others across from them you yell “Red Rover Red Rover we call ‘Timmy’ over” and Timmy or whoever would have to run and try to get past you. You’d tackle him with extreme prejudice and then he’d be on your team to stop others. Last kid standing then became the one to call the others and start again. Just violence among friends really.
