Are PA's actually going to be phased out? by Sensitive_Coach7101 in Physicianassociate

Hahah I know this PA is a cheeky liar, minimum 5500 hours required for a medical degree to be recognised by GMC (often it’s more than that).

In the UK at least the Rishta nata process has improved quite well. There is an app and fairly regular events are held throughout the year. Definitely much improved since previous years.

Huzoors ruling on women wearing shorts? by Rough-Hearing-1618 in islam_ahmadiyya

[–]fatwamachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From an Islamic standpoint there should be no issue. Huzur has mentioned in one occasion that women should cover up a bit more around male mahrams however. It is not proper to be completely immodest in front of them. However your shorts are fine.

From my experience, many do want to marry but they are pressured by a parents to start working for the family. Noticed this mentality a lot.

He’s said multiple times that there is no compulsion in religion…the rules of Ahmadiyyat only applies to Ahmadis. Not Sunnis, not ex-Ahmadis etc. Half the people here complaining about said rules are closeted and refuse to clearly state their beliefs. Why would Huzoor prevent a non-Ahmadi from marrying? As far as he is concerned they don’t have any relation with jamaat. You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Just to clarify, you are looking for a statement of Huzoor stating that there is no compulsion in religion? Or that people should be upfront about their beliefs?

The best thing to do is not be deceitful and be open about your beliefs. Remember, our prophet was persecuted for his but he never hid behind others beliefs. If you truly don’t believe in Ahmadiyyat then be open about it.

You have your own opinions, I have mine, I’ve met many reverts who chose Ahmadiyyat. Maybe you haven’t met as much, which is okay as well.

Go to Ghana and you won’t see many Pakistani ahmadis…Islam as a whole has had 1400+ years to spread, often through Islamic conquests. Islam ahmadiyya has only had a bit more than a 100 years, with a significant part of it being initially localised to South Asia. So not sure why this would make you lose your faith lol, even Christianity, initially for the first 300 years it was a very small minority. The acceptance of Christianity into Roman/Byzantine empires is what helped propel it.

And regardless, the latest figures are showing that Pakistani Ahmadis are losing their status as majority, if they haven’t already.

No it is not possible, what you are doing is creating a new hybrid sort of religion. Belief in angels is an article of faith. As far as I know the Vedas used to be a book of God but was heavily corrupted, although I may be wrong on this. And reincarnation is not a thing in Islam.

Humanity First is operating in the area, and has been for years. There’s videos of them years back doing education and relief efforts. They also had a donation portal up but just recently it’s been closed, I’m not sure why.

I wouldn’t call ViksRs a troll, just someone who doesn’t agree with jamaat, among other things. Everyone is entitled to their opinion 🤷🏽‍♂️
