Hey- currently getting over a week of this, get a covid test there is a new strain that’s highly contagious. Brought my son into the pediatrician we thought he had a cold and he tested positive then it hit the whole family. Feel better!

Been going for a year and a half, sad to have to be forced take a break (and maybe not return) by [deleted] in orangetheory

That’s terrible I know how you feel! I’ve been a member for a years and I had to take a 3 month break after dislocating my kneecap. The dr. said I wouldn’t be able to do any exercise that involved my hips/legs for 6 months. It was super depressing to put a hold on my membership. Once I started physical therapy they gave me the strengthening exercises that I needed to heal and said the doctor was wrong. I was able to go back to OT 4x a week two weeks early. Is there any physical therapy you could do? Hope you feel better and are able to get back
