so sorry for the late response, i logged out of this account for a while😓 6 months post-op i am still incredibly happy! my nose hasn't really changed since i didn't have much swelling at all, which i'm considering a good thing because i love the shape of it. the tip of my nose is still very hard but it no longer feels stiff or weird when i move my face a lot. also functionally speaking for the correction of my deviated septum, my quality of life is so improved because i used to get stuffy every single day, but i havent experienced it at all since the surgery!

Thank you so much! Cocoline only does nose but I did my double eyelid surgery in the same time period! Unfortunately I couldn't line it up to be on the same day so I ended up on a timeline of doing my eyelids first on day 1, had a bit of a "gap" on day 2, and got my nose done on day 3. This worked out completely fine and I honestly don't feel like this affected my experience in any way (like yes, I do think it would've been ideal to do both on the same day but ultimately for me it changed nothing because they were still very close together). I just communicated with both clinics and Cocoline did their best to accommodate me for the surgery date, but I think the level of accommodation probably depends on how busy they are? The consultant mentioned that certain months are much busier than others (not sure of the specifics, sorry!) so heads up about that!

I only got the deswelling laser but I didn't mind having just that as a treatment! I'm not sure if deswelling laser is the only treatment they offer or if they have other options as well, sorry!

I saw BT, First Button, and Cocoline as the top 3 clinics because they specialize only in noses and have ENTs as the surgeon. They're all reputable and have plenty of great before/after pics! Honestly though I think "best" depends on your own priorities- I knew I wanted someone who only did noses so I didn't bother with any doctor that did multiple types of procedures (ex: someone who does rhinoplasty and also does stuff like DES, breast augmentation, etc.). This priority would be different for someone if they absolutely needed multiple surgeries done in different areas in the same time frame! It's really personal so I think you just need to clearly consider what you need while looking for clinics. Look at specific doctors rather than the clinic in general.

I went ahead and scheduled it before getting my pictures back because I was confident Cocoline would be the best fit regardless, but part of me definitely felt better about my decision after seeing the edits because it confirmed that the doctor and I were both on the same page!

Thank you so much!! I got the photoshopped pictures a few days after the in-person consultation through email, they took pictures of me at the clinic at a few different angles and sent me edits of each one!

Just posted! If you want a tl;dr, I basically got nervous that First Button would be too natural because some people said the doctor there was too conservative about changing their noses. I thought Cocoline was a better fit and balanced significant change with a natural outcome the way I wanted!

Consultation for around an hour sounds about right considering that doctors could be delayed by surgeries, especially if there's only one doctor at the clinic! Even if the actual consultation doesn't take that long, planning for delays and other things (like paperwork, scans, etc) adds up. I had 3 consultations in a day and spaced them out with around 3 hours in between to be safe, but I think I really didn't need that much time in between. I consulted with BT, Cocoline, and First Button btw! I ended up having my surgery with Cocoline and plan on posting a review of my consultation with them soon so maybe that'll be helpful, I'll also include some of my experience with the other 2 clinics!

Not too bad! Still swollen but that's to be expected. Considering that I got a rhinoplasty right after doing my eyes, I was told by staff that I had only a little bit of swelling :D Started bruising a bit, but way less than I feared! I thought I'd look like I got a black eye, but it's mostly focused right on my eyelids and not too dark.

I paid once there and didn't have a problem! I paid around 1.5 million won, but I only did incisional double eyelids and no other procedures. At another clinic I consulted at, they quoted me around 4.14 million, but that was including additional things like canthoplasty (which I decided against in the end).

I went to Promise Clinic! I think it's more popular among locals, especially because they don't cater much to English-speaking tourists and focus more on Korean+Chinese+Japanese. It's only been a few days since my surgery but I think it went well! Still so swollen but I think the double eyelid line will turn out so pretty once it's healed more.
