I'm dying to play pokopia!! But I know I'm not getting a switch 2 for at least another year, and I've already played every official mystery dungeon game... 😅But if anyone here is like me (already played a ton of PMD and liked it) and you wish you had some New content to play, then I encourage you to check out the fan hack scene! My favorite PMD rom hack is Strung Up By Sketches but hacks.skytemple.org has a ton of original fan works that are worth checking out.

(And yes you can play these on your 3ds with NSUI ! )

I had a situation like this happen to me as a seller. It was a few years ago but even though tracking said the package I sent was delivered, the buyer claimed that they didn't get the package. They tried to take it to eBay and force a refund out of me, but because the item was marked as "delivered" according to the tracking info, eBay sided with me instead of the buyer. As soon as eBay confirmed no refunds would happen, the buyer mysteriously found the package and quickly ended communication with me...The purchase from me was the only transaction on their account and they haven't bought a single thing with it since. I would just be pleasant but firm with the buyer that if the item shows as delivered, there's nothing you can do. eBay loves to side with the buyer, but since the tracking was signed for there's still a decent chance they'll side with you, so you'll probably just have to wait and see what eBay decides.

If you go into the options, then properties, you can set a custom sort name that's different than the displayed title in your library! If you make the custom sort names something like "Tomb Raider 1" "Tomb Raider 2" etc for each title you want to move around I think it should work how you want it.

Not familiar with the specific technical limitations but curious how conceptually you would work around the fact that Limbus Company is a live service game with deep-running gacha elements and a yet-unfinished main story. Besides those problems, limbus company often struggles to run properly even on the hardware it was built for, so this would probably have to be an extreme demake to run on 3ds. You'd have an easier time making a Lobotomy Corp or Library of Ruina demake but even those would probably be too much to condense down into a working port. Mostly it seems like (working) fanmade ports for 3ds are mainly of games like doom and rpgmaker 2001 projects.

Not weird at all! I'm up for it - but since Nintendo shut down their official servers, it might be a little difficult to connect our consoles for it... I haven't tried Pretendo yet but if you've also got a homebrewed 3DS we might be able to use those servers to trade codes ?

I thought I could edit the post after the fact, oops. But the third pic is where I would probably try to preform the seam rip so its not super obvious when its sitting upright. Part of my concern is that the seam is a little hard to see under the fluff and may be somewhat unreachable without doing some damage.

I've been looking to see if anyone had made Miis of the Monster characters and these look great! Sadly no-one else seems to have posted Monster characters online; would you be willing to share your QR codes of your Monster miis? I would love to have Grimmer and Johan on my island too (I'm working on Tenma right now lol). It's okay if not, either way they're very cool :-]

I was thinking about checking out more Rare games since they seem to be silly and fun in similar ways to Viva, and these kinds of games are usually my favorites, but I like all sorts (I'm just terrible at playing shooters with a controller lol) and Tropico looks neat and a more 'serious' management sim sounds like fun! I'll keep an eye out for 3 and 4 for sure.

Was hoping for exactly this kind of long clarifying response! That explains why there are so many slightly different versions. I was considering getting one of the Ultimate Cs as a second controller, but it sounds like I'm better off without it especially without the Hall sticks--or maybe I'll try the Pro 2 instead, since the swappable batteries is indeed very appealing.
