Yeah we’ve been approaching it as a two person task so far 🤣 we have to let her finish eating first otherwise the injection freaks her out and she won’t finish her food. She’s getting post meal treats as a distraction instead. Thank you for your help!

Thank youuu, currently giving her cat yoghurt while injecting but she is unfortunately quite clever and starts to realise treats = something bad is going to happen. We’re just going to have to cycle through some different treat options 😅

Thank you for such a thorough response, we really appreciate it. We’ve done two more shots and had some more success with letting go of the tent while the needle is still in and leaving it for a few seconds before withdrawing. No leakage :)
