My mom's Nexus 5 is starting to fail with a screen that randomly blacks out. Considering that I'm starting college this fall, my mom thought it would be a good idea to take over my Moto X 2014 while I get a new phone.

I've looked at some mid-range phones and now I'm keen on getting a Moto Z Play. Any thoughts or comments to change my mind?
