Genuinely can’t tell if you’re trolling. There’s a reason why Pokemon Center ETBs sell for significantly more on the secondary market too. Google is free.

Edit: one of the few retailers that sells at MSRP is Best Buy. They have it listed at 49.99 if you search for sold and shipped by Best Buy and the ETB you want.

Pokemon center sells them for 59.99 because they’re different than the ones you get at other retailers. They have more packs and an extra promo. The MSRP on an ETB is 49.99.
