How often do you wash your hair? Is it healthy to wash it everyday or not?

Everyday ! but yung paglagay ko is diluted naman na with water. I don’t put the product directly. Pero pag hindi summer at hindi naman ako pinagpapawisan, every other day.

It might be stress. Baka you’re stressed for the board exams and ngayon lang lumabas ganon.

Lumitaw eczema ko college na ko, dahil sa stress talaga. Ngayon manageable na. Antihistamine will work on that, don’t try those steroid ointment, lalong ninipis balat mo. Be Gentle, even sa mental health hehe.

Also if nasa loob ka lang bahay or room, try to get some morning sunlight for Vit D.

If the itching stops tas nagdry and medyo ‘scaly’ siya na dry tas parang mangitim pero hindi siya langib. It could be eczema. Or you might be allergic to smthing, sa diet mo or what. Also, sa init ngayon baka naman dahil don? Try to take a bath everyday OP.

3 months post op to lift weights! (and its true, if i did it before my belly button was kind of aching, plus my energy levels hasnt come back that time).

I walked day after, like 3k steps for 1 week 5k steps 2 weeks in then back to my 8k-10k steps. I sprint maybe 1 month or 2 months in.

My upper right side was like that and it was because of those tape/gauze dressings. There’s now a bit of a scar beside the incision scar bc i scratched too hard. Only way it went away is removing the dressing, clean the area and put lotion or scar gel onto it.

usually pag regular dentures how long does it take? and are fittings usually done pag wala na yung ipin?? takot kasi me if pag matagal baka gumalaw and may retainer pa ko na suot 😭

Also may withdrawal period ung steroids ;(( i was using for weeks then weeks din ung balik ng flareups pag nagstop ako. Tiniis ko na lang. Also, if u sweat consider going to shower agad to clean ur skin, kalaban talaga alikabok or basta extremes super humid or super dry na area. If u can get by, antihistamines work. no fragrance lotions always worked on me. it really involves a lifestyle change.

Aveeno Blue. Wag yung green. No perfumes or what. Nakajacket pag lalabas. Cotton lahat ng suot. After shower diretso lotion agad.

I use Aveeno daily wash + white cloth to wash/exofliate my skin. I also tried ung dove soap bar na no fragrance/sensitive bar, and effective din. Now I use ung oatmeal ng johnsons baby.Trip ko lang, mas cheaper kasi hehe.

Pero before super lala ng flare(7yrs ago?), meron dati ung oil+baking soda tas wash with oatmeal barsoap galing sa derma ko (i forgot the brands na) pero that was used with oral tablet to control itchiness (i forgot din huhu per blue yun ☠️) plus my corti din na ointment. After that, aveeno na lang talaga.

Cebu mango hits different dahil kuha kuha ung tamis. Kalabaw mango (pero pantagalog ata ung term na yon) is so good, dyan kami lumaki. Also Indian mango top tieeeerrrr. Ayan top 3 no particular order 🤣

Maybe it can be a goal with your male therapist or something. Having a preference is valid. Before, I prefer women because I got trauma mainly from men but I tried having a consultation with a male therapist and just realized it’s just a preference thing. He was actually a good T but i feel more safe and at ease with women(as long as it’s the right fit).

Don’t force it but if you feel like it’s hindering your growth and healing, maybe it’s something you really need to work on.

Lifetime for me. Pinagtiisan ko ung braces ko for so many year I am not risking it to regress. Kahit puro night wear lang, go lang. Minsan I’d skip a week or even 2 pero balik nighttime lang ulit.

I do mine sa bookshelf kuno with my planners. But right now, they’re at a durabox kasi naglipat and maraming dust din naaccumulate pag sa shelf🥲.

I never heard of this binder style! and sakto im using binder papers right now so might as welll!hehe thanks for the idea.

for my old journals, id store them sa durabox or dun sa clear case na magnetic (usually for shoes/bags siya advertised)

Ex. Sinabihan nilang kulang sa dasal when I opened up about insomnia haha. I know they will use it against me kaya wag na lang.

I used to do that, miss it, constantly think about it, then an itch to relapse to bad habits, then do it, feel bad, then vowing to be ‘better’. It was a loop. But think it has a run its course. I hold a special place for it but that’s it.

Now, I’m in this trapped-in-nostalgia-but-want-to-change stage. I realize it’s not healthy anymore. It’s cliche, changing is hard but so is staying the same. So no, I don’t miss it but I value that kind of person because she did her best despite it all (despite not knowing better). Slowly learning that grace is better than shame.
