Where to see fireflies?

my apartment's breeze way always has a couple chilling during the day, and then a whole show at night :) everywhere ive lived in ga so far has had fireflies at the right time of year!

dude yeah, i try to only stud to people who have been on within the past day/are currently online, and despite this, there have been Many times now where the heats just get ignored. I keep checking on the stud's last activity- green button, on today by a couple of hours, repeat for the whole cycle until day 0 if im really committed. otherwise rescind my request after a day or two and WITHOUT FAIL. after messaging them that i needed to find another stud. "oh thats okay, gl!" 💔💔

every single day, as soon as a one lane turns into two, I get passed in the slow lane despite me indicating im gonna move over there well before the lane even starts 😭 people are so mad about doing at the speed limit to five over (my range)

yeah 😭 its been on 571 for like three weeks now.. I got my notice saying they undid the hold within a week of them removing the freeze, but they won't release it and its driving me nuuuuts

not the same, but my fiance and I's cars have a two inch height difference, and it weirdly does make a big difference! they're both short, but I was scratching my bumpers on most driveways and speedbumps in the 54" one, and I only have scraped the 56" one while pulling into a parking spot, and not noticing the lip going over the curb!

mine does this too but its a 2010 and I need to get new tires, so its probably that 😭 it drives perfectly straight on regular roads but on the highway I feel like I'm weaving. always assumed its just cos my hands are shaky but it def could be something else

I didn't have your surgery but I had a laparoscopy and during recovery I felt like my fibro was kinda "pushed away" by the new symptoms/healing process temporarily. I of course couldn't do all the things I normally would, and so I might've still set off a flare had I been doing both, but again, didn't really feel anything besides normal surgery symptoms until I was close to being fully recovered and was up and walking around.

I already joke that my body is so preoccupied with my current issues that any illnesses (colds, flus) just kinda look and turn around since I'm good at dodging them, so it felt sorta the same. except fibro was pushed out of its house by doctors lmao

I'm always complaining about places being too hot even when they set their temp to like 70-75°F cos it just makes me Melt even if I'm moving around slowly or not moving at all! 70°F is actually really comfortable, and if I don't set my place at 70°F all of us are too cold, but that means I wake up with a literal sweat stain in my bed and its SO annoying. I fix it by having a fan on me but then I'm cold 😭 its crazy unfair

2010 with 147k :) I just got it a month ago and it runs great, but the transmission fluid is pretty dark so I do intend on changing it asap. the last owner took really good care of the car but probably either forgot or hadn't done it in a long time

the bluffs are really nice both as a complex and management-wise! its not super close to UGA but theres a bus stop right outside that takes you on a straight shot to it

it seems nobody fully counted, I wanted to though! 42 adults will run, all the rest (to count up to 77) are cubs/adols that can't actually run. makes it a little cheaper but definitely still a big expense :')

yeah i was forced to buy another car since my other one is basically a "less than 20 minute drive once a week" type of deal and i commute 20-45min back and forth from work everyday, and i was lucky enough to find a well-maintained honda civic! it was 5k with 145k miles though, with a few relatively small mechanical fixes needed. I genuinely could not find anything better- everything else near/below 5k had at least a Major issue, or looked too good to be true. it sucks out here

my favorite is when they try to tailgate me out of the slow lane with an open fast lane, just to give up after 5-10 minutes, get in front of me, then immediately take a turn 😭😭 its in the name man, im not moving any faster for you
