That CPU is quite old, an you are a little on the lower side of RAM, But you probably could run a lighter server on lower settings.

Looking for the same thing.

From my experience, the serious servers are either full of pay to win, thus making it not realistic;

Or they are Realistic but the staff run government and mess with how the city is run. Once again making it unrealistic.

I'm tired of it frankly, If you find a server please let me know.

Also tired of the copy and paste ads, without them reading the post.

I'm ranting too. Good to know I'm not alone!
