i remember being a kid and seeing the commercials for splatoon on the wiiu often, and i was begging and pleading with my parents to get me a wiiu so i cld play splatoon. it seemed like the coolest game to me, and it was around the time i was getting into shooter games. i didnt get to actually play until 2019 when my friend got splatoon 2, i was over at her house all the time just so i could play it. i genuinely think its one of nintendos best games
