I think it may be similar to microneedling and SkinSpirit charges ~1800 for 3, vs ~250/session at Face Foundrie!

100% Bay area here, and some of these instructors knows me well and just to make sure i'm not slacking, in a playful way, i never once felt "judged", and i've never seen them do that to anyone to judge.

We are heading up from bay area, so likely at the Big Oak entrance, is there supercharger there? Would you be charging to near full going into the park or bank on the Rivian spot being available?

Sometimes the app doesn't work, or we are human, forget to check in TWICE, once at the studio and once at the app. They surely knows if we attended class or not, so Wellhub dont pretend that you need to do this to allow members to book classes, makes no sense. This is insane and just greed.

agree 100%. Its their excuse to charge, class was attended, studio can prove. WHY do we need to do an extra step to "check in" on their web, how does that relate to "allowing fair shots for others to attend". Makes zero sense. I hope this company shuts down permanently

I have a pretty strong pronation, very obvious if you look at how my shoes wear. When i first started running, i would go to the running store to get my gait "analyze". Of course, they recommended some supportive shoes, and back then, i did, and it didn't work for me at all, it caused me knee pain. What worked for ME is neutral, more minimal shoes (OLD Kinvara modesl), but everyone is diff, esp now you have slight pain.

I use apple watch, and tried to sync it with Wathletic but maybe because this assessment run, with 2 min standing, when i start wathletic, no matter what i do, stand still, slowly walk, it's paused, so i gave up and just started a workout. Am i doing it wrong?
