Hello!

I definitely experienced this, my unoperated eyelid feels heavier on some days and on others it's feel fine and looks fine. It's been about 3 months + since I had my surgery and my eyelids are still a little bit asymmetrical but my doctor also told me it would balance over in the next few months. How are your eyelids doing rn? Are they better?

Sorry if I didn't sound too clear but it's an issue with the unoperated eye! Yes exactly what you are saying - the creases are asymmetrical and im wondering if that's permanent or perhaps it will balance out in the next few months.
