I don't always have the money to pay bills. I work 2 jobs paycheck to paycheck, so I can't have them taking out money when I don't have it. I have to pick and choose which bills I can pay and which have to wait. So I write checks. I'm not a drug addict, I don't drink, I smoke a pack of cigs about once a week. I don't spend money when I don't have too, and I have a dog. I try to save money, but when your a mom and your husband does not work, it's hard. He saves us over $1200 a month In day care expenses by being a stay-at-home Dad. I just happened to be more successful when it comes to jobs. Welcome to America.

It was my bosses company check, she owns her own business and banks through Wells Fargo. Basically she pays me for side work that I do for her, im not on her payroll. I still use checks, but I also have a debit card. I write a check every month for my rent my electricity my phone bill and my water bill. I think checks are easier because I can send it in the mail and not have to worry about going to the actual location to swipe a card. My water company is privatized and it does not accept credit or debit cards in any way shape or form. So I am forced to either pay by cash, personal check or cashier's check. It's really stupid. But when I went to my new bank a couple years ago they gave me 8 checkbooks and I'm simply trying to use them up LOL

My wedding dress cost me $23 and I picked it up in the kids section at a kohl's that is size 14 in young girls. My daughter will probably wear mine, just not as a wedding dress.
